Ingredients:
210ml Full Cream Milk
20 slices / 420g Processed Cheese (grated or cut into blocks)
½ cup Biltong Powder
Method:
•Warm milk in a pot until hot. Don’t let it boil.
•Add the cheese. Stir continuously until all cheese melts and you are left with a smooth mixture.
•Add the Biltong Powder. Stir until combined.
•Pour into a jar and allow to cool before storing in the fridge.
•Spread on your favorite crackers or bread and enjoy!
