Ingredients

  • 2  packets 30g Coopers original biltong.
  • 2 packets 30g Coopers garlic biltong 
  • ½ cup

Parsley (minced)

  • ¼ cup

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (more for drizzling)

  • 3 tablespoons

Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoon

Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon

Red Pepper Flakes

  • ¾ teaspoon

Sea Salt

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 cup carrots , cut thin with a vegetable peeler 
  • This is the perfect 2 serving salad.
