We season our biltong with a proprietary blend of traditional South African spices, creating a delicious and tasty treat.

Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Salt, Spices], Seasoning [Flavour Blend (Salt, Colours (Ammonia Caramel, Iron Oxides and Hydroxides), Flavouring (Celery), Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm Fruit), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Spice Extract (TBHQ)), Salt, Spices, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sugar].
